    hugo server --themesDir ../ --disableFastRender --baseURL="https://redfish-regular-cattle.ngrok-free.app/"

    you should change the baseURL to your own ngrok website-name.

    4.2 when using the static web content + nginx you just need to set the nginx.conf, direct your own domain name to the hugo’s static content directory which is created by running hugo in PaperMod dir. Details can be found in hugo+nginx
